Here is a video that a customer sent.  It is not very detailed but lots of people are getting more comfortable with video so I added some www.Grill-Repair.com stuff at the beginning and the end.  If anyone else wants to send in a video, mention the grill parts you bought and what you repaired on the barbeque.  Thanks.

I looked all over the web for a new ignitor for my old Sunbeam grill. I could have paid twice as much on another site.I sure am glad I found Grill-Repair. Very good price Very fast free shipping. I’ll buy from this company every time. I ordered on Sunday the 7th and the part came 11th of Aug. Can’t beat that.

Ordered an iginitor for my Weber Grill. It was well priced, the order came quickly with good packaging. I live in Canada and ordered from the US website. They even paid the postage. Great source for parts. Excellent service.

Live in PA. I needed a regulator hose for my Jenn-Air Barbeque grill. Nexgrill who is the Jenn-Air distributor for parts quoted a 2 month backorder. Luckily I found www.Grill-Repair.com on the internet. Jason investigated my situation, made a recommendation and even followed up with the US Postal Service when the shipment was delayed due to their mistake. Tremendous Customer Service and an excellent person to do business with. I now have a trusted souce for future needs. Thanks Jason!

The part that I received today is not compatible with my
Charmglow 810-2320-B grill. I ordered a replacement ignition,
your part # 03340. The illustration of the part that appears on your web page looks very much like the part I want to replace, and the listing tells me that it works on models including mine. But the part that I received does not look like part # 03340. The label on the side identifies it as “CPI PART NO. 1819-07 MARK 8-4-1-T5C 1043.
It takes an AAA rather than a AA battery. Rather than an enclosed black box, it is open, with coils and other electrical components exposed. The button/attachment ring is different and I am not sure that it will attach properly to my grill. And most important, the 4 contact receptacles on the bottom are too small to accept the leads on the 4 wires from my grill.
Please advise. Thanks.

I sincerely apologize for the delay. Because it has been over 5 years since the new LP tank safety features became law we allowed those adapters to go out of stock. Your order took too long to get out because we ordered the fittings. Now we have hundreds. This kind of delay is very rare and I apologize your order took too long.

Ordered a simple adapter to convert a propane tank to quick-connect. It took longer than I wanted (2-1/2 weeks) but I finally got it. E-mailed after 10 days and still didn’t get it for a week. Not thrilled with the timing.

I called back on Monday and spoke to Jason again, this time I placed my order with complete confidence. Jason is very professional and very knowledgeable too. Ordered some grill parts from Jason, who spent a good amount of time patiently answering my questions, and everything was just as described and worked great.
Only slip up, if you can call it that, was the confirming email stated I would get a tracking #. On the fourth day after the confirm I was about to send an email asking where it was when the parts came! I guess having what I orded so quickly was much better than the tracking #.
Will do business again…..

Two thumbs up!

I ordered two items. One arrived in a couple of days. The other I thought was on backorder. I waited, and nothing.

I sent Jason an e-mail late on Friday of Easter weekend. He replied Saturday. Evidently there was a problem at the warehouse which he has now fixed. Jason promised to ship the items on Monday. He did. You can trust Jason and Grill-Repair.

Our condominium association in Overgaard, AZ. needed grill knobs for our outdoor grills from BBQ Galore; they had none and it was their product! Jason was very helpful on the phone, suggested the universal knobs with multiple adaptors and I orderd 8 of them on line. Good website and great customer service. Recommend highly. Thanks Jason

My grill cooking grates were falling apart so I looked on the net and even the manufaturer site. Made some calls and most answered but only Jason knew what he was talking about and could answere my questions. I asked if he had the grates that I needed and he said yes and they are probably better than the grates that came with my grill and explained why too! Got the gates in a few days and called expecting to leave a message and Jason answered and told me what to do the first time I use them and how to take care of them to make them last for years. I looked high and low for burner protectors. The grill was a gift 5 plus years ago so I had no idea of the brand or model #. With measurements in hand I started my internet search (after not finding items I needed in store). After hours of searching I came upon www.Grill-Repair.com via an E-Bay search. A couple of hours more on the Gill-Repair.com web-site and bingo, I found my burner protectors in the absolute perfect size for my grill. Although a little pricey I immediately order the 4 I would need to repair my grill. The shipping time was a bit long but FREE so, who cares. They came and fit perfectly are stainless steel so I’m sure they will last for many years to come. Although I spent a bit more than I expected on these 4 pieces it was MUCH cheaper than buying a whole new grill. This company will certainly have what you can not find elsewhere! Very pleased.

Jason is a savior! My grill has been going south and I decided to check it out before Super Bowl. Found 2 of 4 valves and egnitors bad that caused lots of yellow flame with smoke and no tbeing able to start the burners. Barbeque Galore sucks and has no ability to service thier customers. Have a Barbeques Galore Turbo STS. Searched the internet and finially found Jason at Grill-repair ( he is the only site I found who had many obsolite parts and is able to get them). Found the valves on his site and called him to see about expedited shipping and to answer some questions. I had my parts within 2 days and am back in business. He aslo answered all my questions about gas/air mixture, what some of the controls were and also sent me a PDF manual for my grill. How awsome is that!
Outstanding service from a guy that really knows his stuff!

For a long time I searched for a contemporary fireplace to replace an old ventless log fireplace, and was not sure what would fit. I called Grill Repair, and Jason knew the exact configuration of my existing fireplace, and guided me to the right choice. Jason suggested a configuration that was right and appropriate for my set-up, not what was the most expensive. I appreciate the honesty and dedication to customer service. I was looking for a replacement burner for a discontinued BBQ and Jason helped so very much. He checked which burner could be substituted and sent information, pictures and a direct link to expedite my ordering process. Jason is one awesome dude. I called from Oregon, on a Sunday no less, and Jason answered the phone – SHOCK! I have a Nexgrill that has been discontiued and couldn’t find new grates anywhere. Not only did Jason tell me which two items to look at, he also sent them on a link so I knew just what he was talking about. I just received them and they fit perfectly!!!
