Here is a video that a customer sent.  It is not very detailed but lots of people are getting more comfortable with video so I added some Grill-Repair.com stuff at the beginning and the end.  If anyone else wants to send in a video, mention the grill parts you bought and what you repaired on the barbeque.  Thanks.

What a wonderful surprise! We called on a Sunday at 5 pm and actually spoke to person. He was so nice, informative, took his time with me and told me what part I needed to order and how to install it. The part arrived promptly and we were still not sure about how to install it so we called back and again spoke to an awesome person with patience and knowledge. So rare in an age of voice mail and email. My husband and I were so impressed that we wanted to share our experience. Thank you.

A house guest broke the ignition button to my outdoor DCS side burner unit and I figured it would be difficult to locate a replacement part, since the unit is seven or eight years old. Not so. The folks at grill-repair.com identified the part I needed and got it to me promptly with some installation instructions. My experience was very positive.

Working with Jason was terrific. I had to troubleshoot an older DCS unit that was not getting hot enough. He is very knowledgeable and responsive.

My grates for my TEC II came today. They look great and came in fantastic packing. I’m looking forward to using them. The only thing I might have liked was an email giving me shipping tracking once shipping occurred. My only notice was acceptance of my credit card and notice that the grates would be shipped.

Thank you for the great replacement grill grates AND outstanding customer service. I really appreciate you sending me a better/more expensive lava rock great, at no additional cost to me, instead of me having to wait on a back order of the part I ordered. I received both grates today and just installed on my grill and now I am ready to get back at it… Looking forward to cooking on my new and improved porcelain coated grate. Thanks!

I ordered from grill-repair to replace some cast iron grates on my Charbroil. Order was filled and at my door within a weeks time. The quality of the product seems very good. Not having rust issues this time around…. I am taking time to properly care for my cast iron replacement this time around oiling it… Jason is a good guy, will order again!

My 1998 DCS built-in natural gas barbecue needed help (new knobs, strikers, pans, ceramic rods, electrodes). Surfing around did not yield many options. Luckily for me, /www.grill-repair.com was one of them. I sent in an email asking for a quote. I received a detailed email from Jason the very next day! I could not determine exactly what to order in spite of all the detail so I called. Jason answered. As it turns out there are quite a few DCS parts manuals. Jason took sufficient time to find the exact match for my grill and sent me a parts manual. Near the end of the telecons I said to Jason: “You set a new high standard for the meaning of Customer Service”. He laughed. I ordered parts and will definitely go back to them whenever I need more.

I ordered parts for by DCS grill after talking to Jason. His assistance was extremely helpful as my model number was not included in the website listing. I screwed up and incorrectly ordered one to many extra parts. This company quickly responded and corrected the order for me. Talk about fast shipping, the day I received my tracking number the parts arrived, fit exactly like from the manufacturer at almost half the cost. Other companies took days to respond to questions. Grill Repair is awesome, they know what customer service is all about.

This site was the cheapest and the most knowledgeable as far as replacing my old parts. I was almost going to buy a new grill. They were able to replace the parts and ship them out. When I was not sure if I could send them back in case they were incorrect they said it was no problem. They just shipped them directly from the factory. They were extremely accommodating. I ordered a heat plate to replace the old rusty one that was occupying my grill. Paypal was a must for me, and I was pleased with the transaction. The customer service was GREAT. There was a mix-up with a tracking number and the problem was resolved the next day by a real person. I did not receive a form letter as a response. That was very nice. The part was exactly what I needed and now I am grilling away. Thanx alot

What a disappointment. After such a feel good process of selection, I received my stainless steel doors today but alas, the door handle was unpackaged and bounced around randomly, scratching the inside of the door, and my handle screws were no where to be seen.

It is so hard to find great service anymore, but this company takes customer service to a whole new level. Our old Ducane grill had just about everything wrong with it that you could think of. They came to our home took everything apart and it looks brand new again. Works like new as well. When this grill does need to be replaced in the future we will be purchasing a built in island style grill from this organization. The service is second to none. These guys were great. First: they are real-live people who offer expert advice. They never failed to return a telephone message. Second: the parts I ordered were received within 72 hours – with free shipping. Third: Pete was responsive and patient with my elementary questions when I called for assistance. Fourth: My package actually contained more than I ordered. How often does that happen? Finally, I concluded my business with Pete feeling like I was an important and cherished customer. Very pleased with this company. I ordered a stainless steel grill plate, but it has just been discontinued and no longer in stock, so the company notified me and shipped the enamel steel grill plate to me with a refund of the difference. I will order for them again as they are a good company that keeps me informed.

Ordered a Big Green Egg medium fire grate for my Grill Dome cooker. Grill Domes use ceramic fire grates which break. The cast iron egg grate work fine as a replacement. Fast Delivery also.
