Stainless Steel U-shaped burner for Solaire infravection gas grills - 30,42,56 inch models. Solaire infrared grills can also have these convection blue-flame burners and an infrared burner can be replaced with a U shaped burner.

Stainless steel Vaporizer heat shield Tray installs in Solaire gas grill above U shaped blue flame convection burner. Models that are 30,42 and 56 inches wide use this vaporizer shield. The vaporizer heat shield is designed to protect the burner from falling grease, to diffuse rising heat and prevent hot spots. Falling grease will land on the hot shield and vaporize to add flavor circulating in the barbecue area.

The Solaire 30 uses two of these cooking grates. The Solaire 42 and 56 use two of these cooking grates and one of the narrow 6013R grilling grate. Concave grates are perfect for infrared high heat grilling because the grates hold the moisture that drips from food.

Regulator, convertible - for all grills. The Solaire regulator has half-inch pipe thread fittings and is designed to be used for propane and for natural gas. The back of the regulator has a removable cap that puts tension on the spring so the cap facing up is set for LP and the cap flipped over is for NG. The cap is marked LP on one side and NG and the other side so we know which way to replace it.

Solaire replacement safety valve for rear infrared rotisserie burner.
The safety valve allows gas flow using heat through the thermocouple so gas will stop flowing if the flame goes out. The safety valve ships with a replacement thermocouple.

SS Burner Screens - 30,42,56 inch gas grill models. This is the stainless steel wire mesh screen that fits over the infrared burner to protect the burner from pieces of food and any thing else that could fall onto or into the infrared burner tile.

SS Hood Spacers to fit between Solaire infrared gas grill hood to allow hood to open and close without rubbing on bgas grill shield. This item is a pack of 2 spacers.

15" Igniter Wire Electrode. 20 Gauge 191 UL HV electrode wire is a vast improvement over previous electrode wires for pulling high voltage.

38" Igniter Wire Electrode with 20 gauge 191 UL Electrode wire.

9 Volt Quickliter 2 Spark Module
This is the newer module design. The 9 volt battery screws up into the module from below the control panel. Two spades allow for 2 igniter electrodes to be controlled from this module. The ignition button is mounted in the control panel.

9 Volt Quickliter 4 Spark Module
Same as above with 9 volt battery but this module has 4 spades to connect 4 or less electrodes. This is used on the 27 GXL models with a rotisserie and on the 30, 42 and 54 inch barbecue grill models.

Push button replacement for Solaire 9 volt ignition system. The 9 volt module is wired to this button mounted in the control panel as a momentary switch that starts the ignition sparking. Newer model Solaire infrared gas grills use the nine volt module with this button switch.
