Burner Details

Concave 304 stainless steel cooking grate to replace the Infrared grilling grid on Alfresco infrared gas grills. This is the V channel grill grate for the infrared burner.
Dimensions are:
19 1/8 inches deep (front-to-back.
12 3/4 inches wide(left-to-right).
New V channel concave design is still American 18 gauge 304 stainless but V shape is much easier to maintain and keep clean. When we send two Alfresco grates we incluyde the perfectly formed scrapeer made for cleaning the V shape concave grid.

Replacement infrared concave V cooking grate is narrow for sear burner and for installation between wider grates shown above in larger models.

As stated above, when we send two or more grates together we include the perfectly shaped V Scraper for free to clean grids quick and simple.

Replacement briquette tray is designed to repair Alfresco stailess steel ceramic briquette tray in ABGQ model barbecue grills. Briquette shield holds Alfresco briquettes over blue-flame convection barbecue burner. Infrared burners in Alfresco gas grills do not have briquettes but the U shaped convection burners have this briquette tray above the burner and below the cooking grates.

Radiants briquette shield is 12 7/8 Inches Wide and 17.25 Inches deep. This radiant briquette tray for the AGBQ models has 2 small holes for sliding onto the mounting pins to sit level in Alfresco AGBQ models.

Briquette tray heat shield is designed to repair Alfresco LX2 models. Briquette shield replacement holds ceramic briquettes over blue-flame convection barbecue burner. Briquettes are not included. Infrared burners in Alfresco gas grills do not have briquettes but the U shaped convection burners have this briquette tray above the burner and below the cooking grates.

Replacement module for Alfresco igniter reapir. Older Alfresco gas bbq grill modules had a battery holder and button that connected to a module that connected to the electrodes. These older modules and button/battery holder has been discontinued. This all-in-one-module replaces the older style module. These modules can be used as a one, two, three or a four spark module connecting to as many electrodes as necessary.

2 Spark Module. Old style Alfresco infrared ignition module uses a push button battery holder that attaches to this ignitor module. Module attaches to electrodes mounted above burners for igniter. Some Alfresco models use a 4 outlet or a pair of 2 outlet modules. Mounting the actual module is the only reason to choose 2 two outlets instead of one 4 outlet spark generator module.

4 Spark Module. Module uses push button AA battery holder that attached to this module and the module attaches to the electrodes mounted abve the burners.

Shiny metal control knob for stainless steel Alfresco gas barbecue grill models. Like everything Alfresco manufactures the control knobs are very heavy metal and made for durability outdoors.

Replacement knobs for Solaire infrared gas grills will also fit Alfresco gas grill models because both appliances use the same control valves. This control knob is two inches diameter around the round circle of the control knob.

Infrared burner valve replacement for Alfresco gas grills. Instead of the tip of the control valve inserting into the front of the infrared gas burner the Alfresco valve has a gas line that seals to the valve and connects to the venturi tube of the burner.
Valve Details

Brass orifice replacement is used to convert a grill from one gas type to another by changing the hole in the orifice. The new orifice comes as a "blank" with a starter hole so be sure to send us an email if you want us to drill the orifice for LP or for NG before we ship these to you.

Orifice for Alfresco rotisserie infrared burner is shown here in a bracket to install to the venturi of the rotisserie burner. Respond to your order confirmation to choose to have the rotisserie drilled for natural gas or liquid propane use.

Stainless steel Alfresco LX2 replacement smoker burner. Repair Alfresco AGBQ model barbecue grills with this straight pipe burner used to dedicate heat to the smoker tray in the convectional and infrared gas grills.

Replacement chain drive for Alfresco LX2 rotisserie motor control. The LX2 motor is inside the barbecue housing so there is no motor to add and store when unused. The chain drive runs between the motor and the spit rod in the side wall of the grill.

Two Stage Propane Regulator with 24 Inch gas hose. Gas hose connection is 3/8 flared female. Two foot long rubber gas hose. Two stage regulators are used in gas barbecues with higher BTU flow than most -- as much as double the gas flow. These are usually found on larger sized infrared grills and should be used on any low pressure LP appliance pulling more than 65,000 BTU from a residential portable LP tank.

Regulator, convertible - for all grills. The in-line regulator has half-inch pipe thread fittings and is designed to be used for propane and for natural gas. The back of the regulator has a removable cap that puts tension on the spring so the cap facing up is set for LP and the cap flipped over is for NG. The cap is marked LP on one side and NG and the other side so we know which way to replace it.

Brass fitting for gas hose connection. 3/8 inch flared male to 3/8 inch flared male fitting used to join two gas hoses. The flared fitting is a sealed attachment that does not need plumbers putty or teflon tape. 3/8 inch flared is the most commonly used gas hose.

Fitting flared three-eights adapts to fit one-half pipe thread. This fitting is most commonly used to attach a propanle hose and regulator to a barbecue grill manifold. Half-inch pipe on one side and three-eights flared on the other.
