Infrared Burner for Infinity Gas Barbecue Grill Model Sear Zone.
Although Infinity barbecue grills went out of business years ago and the replacement parts are no longer available we have worked at matching up replacement parts to kee these grills finctioning. We installed hundreds of these grills in custom built outdoor kitchens here in south Florida and we want our clients to be able to continue to repair, upgrade and enjoy the grills. Although the Infinity infrared searing burners no longer exist as a replacement or an upgrade this infrared burner is a perfect fit. As the images below show we have easily installed these infrared burners in Infinity gas grill models and they finction beautifully. These burners are American made with 304 stainless steel.

| Although the pressurized infrared burners do not show much flame we can see this infrared searing burner is extraordinarily hot because the protective wire mesahe that comes with the burner is glowing red hot only a few seconds after ignition. This replacement infrared burner measures 17 3/5 inches long from tip to tip by 8 7/8 inches wide. The wire mesh screen comes with the burner. |

Repairing an Infinity thirty-inch BBQ grill model, we installed a new infrared burner. Infinity barbecues can be used with blue flame U burners or direct infrared gas burners that will exceed one thousand degrees.

We converted this Infinity 30 to an infrared grill by installing the infrared burner after removing the stainless steel U burner. We removed the ignition electrode collector box. Double prong electrode is perfect for both the Infrared burner and the U burner.
With T.C Unlimited out of business for many years now this infrared burner is not made for the Infinity gas grills. However, we are able to use this burner because the size and mounting brackets are perfectly fit into the structure of the Infinity model gas grills.
Mounting bracket on the infrared burner fits onto the installation cross bar in the Infinity barbecues.
