The secondary counter has under-counter storage and a lot of top space for preparing food or serving. This thirty-inch Alfresco gas grill is built in next to an OCI built in Sear Zone containing one infrared burner. This Alfresco built in is called the "Contractor Box" and does not come with a rotisserie or an infrared burner so the extra sear zone adds to the grilling possibilities.
