Solaire's double sideburner is the perfect accessory whether you are building you infrared gas grill into an outdoor kitchen or rolling it around on a portable grill cart. On Solaire infrared grill 30" and larger, the double side burner replaces one of the side shelves attached to the cart. Built in models have the same matchng trim flange to match the infrared built in gas grills.

Cooking grates are solid stainless steel and the knob are steel also for a clean match on your patio or built into your grill island. The Solaire infrared accessories Wok Ring and the stainless steel griddle plate both are made to fit the double side burner for additional versatility.

The Sideburner Wok ring is made to utilize the double side burner's direct heat and zig-zab cooking surface design.

Solaire built in infrared gas grills and the Solaire built in side burner are made to be built in together and complement one another while grilling. One advantage to owning an infrared gas grill is the direct heat that is hot enough to boil water right on the cooking surface. Infrared grilling accessories can steam, fry, smoke, make pancakes and anything else. The sideburner allows the backyard chef to add a pot of beans, boiling water, stir fry and anything else that would otherwise be inside the kitchen while we are outside grilling.
