Replacement Spark Generater Module For Ignition Assembly.

Replacement all-in-one double outlet spark generator module. The nut under the button holds the spark generator to the front control panel so only the button sticks through the barbecue panel. The button unscrews to be able to remove and replace the AAA battery without removing the entire module.

Replacement Igniter Module.

This replacement module has two outlets in the back for 2 wires to be plugged-in. It is common for the module to be grounded by the mounting bracket on the electrode but it is also common for one wire to be plugged-in to the electrode and the other wire is attached to a bolt or nut or steel support inside the control panel.
Over time as the electrode bracket and the grill fire wall become dirty from grilling it is less connected steel-to-steel as a clean ground. We have to clean the steel connections just as we have to clean the tips of the electrodes and we must clean the electrode

Replacement module casing. Many modules have the coils that convert the battery's power into a millivolt to travel through the electrode wire and spark in the grill. The replacement module is protected by this thick plastic casing to keep out moisture and humidity and block someoof the heat that can damage electric modules if heat is pushed from the fire box into the control panel.

Under the button is the ring-nut that attaches this module to the control panel. The button that covers the AAA battery only threads to the mounting nut so it has to be used all together. The module also has plastic cast bracket holes showing on the casing which allows the module to be mounted elsewhere and could be used to run the electrode wires through for added support.
