In Viking grills electrode installs with a collector box. Hole through firewall is only about a quarter inch diameter for this electrode to be installed whereas double prong electrodes are much thicker.

Viking BBQ Grill Ignitor button. This metal ignition switch has the plastic cap shown above on the button so the ignition looks black. This is the actual button that plugs into the module.

Viking barbecue grill ignition switch. This switch slides onto the viking valve stem inside the control panel behind the knob. When the valve stem is turned the center of this slide turns with the valve and connects the electrical ignition.
Each Control valve has its own slide-on ignition switch so the igniter sparks only for each burner as the burner is turned on.

Viking replacement safety valve. This is the control valve for the Viking rotisserie that cuts off gas flow if there is not heat through the thermocouple.

The older Viking models had a control valve and safety button but this replacement Safety Valve used in all newer models combines the two controls for one safety valve gauging heat and gas pressure safely.

Rollers are used to allow rotisserie spit to roll smoothly. Roller ships with bolt to reinstall in rotisserie spit rod bracket in Viking gas grills. This is mounted on the far side of the roll top hood opposite the motor mount and it holds two of these rollers. Of course no one asks if we find the cost embarassing but I suppose the unwritten effect is to clean and maintain these so they're not necessary to be replaced again.

Replacement Viking barbecue grill contrl valve attaches to gas manifold by screwing into the manifold pipe.
Use existing orifice. This is a threaded valve that screws into the Viking manifold.

Viking control valve attaches to Viking gas barbecue grill manifold with a bolt-through design. Original Viking valve was block aluminum; ths is the replacement for All burner and side burner types with the valve bolted-through the gas manifold pipe.

Orifice from old valve can be used or replacement orifices are available.

Viking Flash Tube. Flash tubes facilitate ignition as a safety feature for those times when all grill igniters are not lighting gas burners. Flash tubes allow us to light the burners safely without the automatic ignition.

Viking Smoker Flash Tube has double opening to flash flame to the main Viking burner and to the smoker burner.

Viking replacement hood style orifice with starter hole and 1/8 pipe thread.
Generally, the only reason to change an orifice is changing fuel use. Orifices can be pre-drilled for install but Must be ordered with appropriate regulator and hose connection to calculate BTU limit. Although all the orifices are the same each burner requires a different BTU setting.

Replacement regulator for Natural Gas Grill with 1/2 inch female attachments. Buy this regulator for NG bbq grills and if you are converting a barbeque from LP (liquid propane) to natural gas.
LP regulator allows gas at approx 11 inches of water column and natural gas regulators regulate gas at 2 inches water column.

Two stage regulators are used in gas barbecues with higher BTU flow than most -- as much as double the gas flow. These are usually found on larger sized infrared grills and should be used on any low pressure LP appliance pulling more than 65,000 BTU from a residential portable LP tank.
