Weber Tank Scale. The Weber tank scale supports the common 5 gallon (20 Lbs) LP cylinder. Inner gauge shows LP tank fill level. Although easily installed and convenient, the scale is considered Mandatory by Weber because immobilizing the LP cylinder in position is a prerequisite of the CSA safety certification and Residential UL Listing.

Denoting LP levels is convenient but the actual purpose of this scale is Safety and is Required for Weber to include on All LP models.

After 2006 Spirit and Genesis models install this ignitor electrode in the front right corner poised to spark at the front bbq burner. After 2009 this same ignition clips to the front of every burner installed front to back in the barbecue.

Ignition electrode for Weber Summit rotisserie burner.

This ignition electrode is mounted in the back wall of Weber Summit model barbecue grills sparking to ignite fuel emitted at the infrared rotisserie burner.

Brass fitting for gas hose connection. 3/8 inch flared male to eighth male pipe thread fitting used to join the hose and regulator to the manifold on pre-2010 Spirit / Genesis models.

The flared fitting does not need teflon tape or plumbers putty but the pipe thread does need a sealant when it is screwed into the manifold.

Flame Thrower Weber Control Valve Replacement. These control valves have automatic ignitors and install with clamp-on around gas manifold pipe in Summit models fabricated after 2005.

Post-2005 Summit models have valves that Pop and Click One time as the knobs are turning. As the knob is depressed are rotated a piezo ignitor is triggered and sparks at the electrode.

Replacement flame thrower control valve and ignition for some Summit model barbecue grills manufactured After 2005. New Valves have short 45 degree angle to orifice where the valve slides into the burner. Original Piezo spark module is triggered by rotating the knob and turning the burner on with it's own automatic igniter.

Rotisserie Safety Valve replacement clamps to gas manifold and has flared gas connection to infrared rotisserie burner. Safety Valve requires thermocouple attachment also. Thermocouple does not usually need to be replaced but safety valve to rotisserie will not permit fuel flow without thermocouple attached in aluminum cap.

T Fitting allows one LP tank to feed gas to side burner and barbecue grill together. Weber often connects through manifold but if a connection needs to be split the T fitting turns a single gas hose into two gas lines for 2 appliances together.
